New Legislation has resulted in a total ban on smoking in the workplace.  This means that smoking is no longer permitted in enclosed public places and work places right across Northern Ireland, including bars and restaurants.

The ban applies for any enclosed or substantially enclosed workplace where more than one person works, in public places and in certain vehicles.
